Cascade Investment Group is Seeking a Driven Client Services Associate

If so, Cascade Investment Group is looking for a dedicated Client Services Associate to join our team.

Our full-time Monday-Friday in-office Client Services Associates are an integral part of our client relationships, directly supporting our advisors and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our valued clients. This position demands a high level of responsibility, reliability, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to anticipate client needs.

Key Responsibilities

:

Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email and in person, providing prompt, professional and knowledgeable assistance. Prepare and process client account documentation, including new account paperwork, transfer requests and other service-related forms with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and update client records and databases with precision. Schedule and coordinate client meetings and appointments. Assist advisors with the preparation of client presentations, reports and other materials. Handle sensitive and confidential client information with the utmost discretion and integrity. Ensure compliance with all firm policies and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and resolve client service issues, escalating complex matters as needed. Contribute to the smooth and efficient daily operations of the firm. Undertake ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a client service role, preferably within the financial services industry. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team. A genuine commitment to providing exceptional client service and building strong client relationships. 2+ years of customer service in a client-facing role.

What Sets You Apart (Preferred):

Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements. Experience with CRM or portfolio management software. College degree preferred Understanding of information technology (IT) fundamentals and technical concepts. Bonus: Experience or a strong interest in marketing and client outreach initiatives including event planning.

What's Required:

A successful candidate will possess (preferred) or is expected to obtain the Series 7 license within a specified timeframe after hire, as a condition of continued employment. Training costs and licensing fees are provided by the firm to accomplish this goal.

Position Location:

The Client Services Associate position is in-person only and located in downtown Colorado Springs. Remote work is not available.

Salary Range:

$56,485.00 - $68,485.00 per year.
