We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Services Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities



Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional support. Assist with account management tasks, including onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client records. Support project management activities by coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met. Utilize Salesforce and other SaaS tools to log interactions, update client information, and generate reports. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to facilitate client engagement strategies and campaigns. Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement. Prepare documentation, presentations, and correspondence related to client accounts and projects. Maintain organized records of communications, meetings, and project updates to ensure transparency and accountability.

Skills



Strong project management capabilities with experience coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in account management practices within a SaaS environment. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for customer relationship management. Knowledge of SaaS products, sales processes, and customer service best practices. Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. Ability to analyze data critically and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with marketing strategies related to client engagement. Background in financial services is a plus, providing context for industry-specific needs. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage documentation and deadlines efficiently. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
