Responsibilities include, but aren\'t limited to: 1) Answering calls and greeting clients 2) Making policy changes 3) Assisting with billing and coverage questions 4) Attention to detail 5) Collaborating with our team 6) Promptly responding to client requests and emails Qualifications: High school degree or GED, some college preferred, and ability to obtain property/casualty insurance license within 3 months of hire. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and comfortable using computer programs. A bilingual applicant preferred. A successful Client Service Specialist will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment and be available to work 9-5 Monday - Friday. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn. The Client Service Specialist is often the first point of contact when someone calls in or comes into our office and is responsible for upholding our agency values of providing quality service with a smile.
