Client Service Representative

Job Description


In this position you will be required to answer incoming client calls for client support; specifically, in the areas of account research and technical assistance. The position will work effectively within the business functions listed below, achieving productive results, while maintaining quality standards, building effective client rapport, and performing work necessary to support our organizational objectives. This position is in high-volume inbound call center environment where you must:

  • Analyze and resolve client\xe2\x80\x99s account inquires and updates
  • Work as a team to ensure all incoming calls are handled with minimal abandoned calls
  • Educate the client on the best course of actions to take to ensure success of the program
  • Ability to make good decisions and apply critical thinking to scenarios
  • Submit correspondences to clients via email or fax as needed
  • Provide technical assistance to clients with their online account
  • Must be highly motivated with the ability to prioritize, plan, organize and follow-through on work assignments.
  • Receptive with ongoing performance feedback and coaching
  • Must have the ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Eager to learn new technology and or processes
  • Must be willing to cross-train and take on any new tasks as assigned.
