Point CPA is seeking a professional Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our fast-paced accounting practice. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate team members or departments.
Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Scan and manage documents accurately.
Ensure the breakroom remains tidy, stocked, and welcoming.
Review and proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
Provide support for customer inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
Outstanding customer service skills and professional demeanor.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Customer service experience: 1 year preferred.
