Our boutique, mission-driven financial planning firm is expanding quickly and seeking a
Client Service Associate
who brings more than experience--someone with judgment, initiative, and genuine care for the clients they serve.
We work best with professionals who take ownership, think ahead, and act with pride in their work. This is not a role suited to someone who needs frequent direction or sees client service as a checklist task.
What You'll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person
Anticipate client needs and follow through independently
Process account service requests, transfers, beneficiary changes, paperwork, and follow-ups
Coordinate with advisors to prepare documents, reports, and scheduling
Maintain accurate CRM records, task tracking, and workflows
Identify and recommend process improvements
Support advisors with new client onboarding and ongoing service

Minimum Qualifications

2-3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar professional services environment
Familiarity with client service workflows and office operations
Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and follow through daily
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with digital platforms and client file management
Ability to work on-site during core business hours (flexibility offered; reasonable accommodations available)
Bonus experience (not required but valued):
Knowledge of custodians, account paperwork, or compliance processes
Experience in an advisory, fiduciary, or fee-only firm
