Happiness Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking a Client Experience & Practice Coordinator to be the welcoming heart, cheer leader and organizational backbone of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, values wellness, and enjoys and takes pride in creating seamless, exceptional, elevated experiences for clients in a professional environment.
Compensation & Benefit
Base Pay: $20-$23 per hour, based on experience
Performance-based bonus eligibility in base pay after the first 30 days
Ongoing bonuses available for exceptional performance, leadership, and contribution to practice growth after 90 days

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
Create a warm, professional welcome for Practice Members and new clients
Manage check-in and check-out with clarity and ease
Assist with scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and waitlists
Support intake forms, posture photos, and digital systems
Office Operations
Maintain an organized, calm, and polished front desk environment
Assist with payments, packages, and basic administrative tasks
Support smooth daily flow during high-volume care times
Communication & Follow-Up
Respond to phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and care
Assist with client follow-ups, reminders, and practice initiatives
Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and valued
Social Media & Practice Visibility
Capture simple, authentic content in the office (photos, short videos, behind-the-scenes moments, events, testimonials with permission)
Assist in posting or preparing content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
Support highlighting events, wellness offerings, and the culture of the practice
Help maintain a positive, aligned online presence that reflects our values
Growth, Events & Culture
Support in-office events, workshops, and community offerings
Assist with referral initiatives and client engagement
Uphold the practice's values of presence, integrity, and elevated care
Ideal Candidate
Warm, emotionally intelligent, and highly organized
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Has basic social media experience and enjoys creating simple, engaging content
Calm under pressure and able to multitask gracefully
Aligned with wellness, personal growth, and holistic care
Reliable, professional, and excited to grow with the practice
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Familiar with or experienced in Canva (basic graphic creation or content support)
Scheduling platforms (Acuity, Jane, or similar)
EHR systems
Google platforms (gmail, google docs/drive)
In addition to front-office and client support, this role includes light social media involvement, helping highlight the energy, care, and community of the practice.
