Our team is growing FAST, and we're looking for a friendly, detail oriented technologically savy Customer Service Representative to help support our clients and agents.

Position Overview

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key voice of Optimal Insurance AZ. You'll assist existing clients with policy questions, changes, and service needs while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and care.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.

Schedule

Part-time (typically 15-25 hours per week) Flexible scheduling available In-office position
Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and messages from existing clients Assist with policy changes, billing questions, certificates of insurance, ID cards, and endorsements Support agents with administrative and service-related tasks Document client interactions accurately in our agency management system Follow up on client requests to ensure timely resolution Maintain a friendly, professional tone that reflects the Optimal Insurance AZ brand Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required (insurance experience is a plus, but not required) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly*
Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
