Training will take place at our Waldorf office.
The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall satisfaction of our Clients. You will be the heartbeat of our company, ensuring the perfect match for each client's needs. You are responsible for staffing clients with our dedicated and knowledgeable caregivers, answering phone calls, and client's questions. Your exceptional communication skills will keep clients informed and satisfied, while your keen eye for talent will shine as you interview and manage caregivers to handle your clients' load effectively. Being on call for scheduling is a shared requirement among office staff.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage/coordinate client schedules and match caregivers to clients' needs
Manage phone and email communication, data entry into the scheduling system, and general office tasks.
Communicate with patients and families regarding home care needs and scheduling of home care staff.
Serve as a trusted and caring resource for our clients and their loved ones.
Implement improvement processes as needed.
Participate in a once-a-week on-call rotation
Qualifications
High School Diploma required (Bachelor's preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience working within a healthcare office setting;
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations;
Excellent organization, planning, and management skills;
Time management and prioritization are key;
Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines;
Computer skills are a must - Outlook experience is helpful!
