We are a rapidly growing mobile pet care company serving Jacksonville, Surf City, and surrounding areas. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a weekend administrative professional who takes pride in organization, customer service, and clear communication.

Job Overview



The

Client Care & Administrative Coordinator

is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting light administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, efficient, and comfortable working independently.

This is a

weekend-only role

with the potential to expand into a full-time position as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities



Customer Service & Communication



Answer incoming calls, texts, email inquiries, and web forms Provide service details, pricing information, and scheduling guidance Convert new client leads into confirmed appointments Maintain a friendly, professional, and responsive communication style

Scheduling & Operations Support



Schedule grooming and pet sitting appointments using our CRM Confirm appointments and manage changes/cancellations Keep records accurate, up-to-date, and well organized Assist with basic logistics to support weekend operations

Administrative Support



Assist with onboarding documentation (I-9s, employee forms, etc.) Help manage internal communications and simple HR-related tasks Support general administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications



Required:



Strong customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication Highly organized with strong attention to detail Reliable and self-motivated Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers, apps, and CRM systems Quiet work-from-home space & high-speed internet

Preferred (not required):



Experience in pet care, grooming, veterinary, or mobile service industries Previous scheduling or administrative experience

Compensation



$17 per hour

15-20 hours per week Remote work
