Responsibilities:
We\'re looking for a Client Advocate of Work Compensation to join our growing team! In your role, you will provide case management of workers\' compensation claims and leaves consistent with FMLA guidelines, ensuring positive outcomes of transitional work assignments. You should be a knowledgeable problem solver with exceptional communication skills that pays meticulous attention to detail and collaborates with multiple departments and leaders within the organization. Qualifications:
Education & Experience

High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
1 year Workers\' Compensation Claims Management experience including Return to Work Program, Utilization Review, AME and QME Process required
