Job Description

The Clerical Assistant (Clerk) provides administrative and office support to ensure efficient daily operations. This role involves handling routine clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, correspondence, and assisting staff or customers.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general office duties including filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems or spreadsheets Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other communications Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Assist with mail distribution, shipping, and receiving Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed Support team members and management with administrative tasks Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred) Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
