We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential homes, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and surfaces; and sanitize high-touch areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations. Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks completed and any supplies used.

Skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and increase your hourly pay. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Pay: $18.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
