Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to ensure optimal results Follow specific cleaning protocols tailored to each client's needs Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable transportation to reach various job sites (if applicable) Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively A positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
