Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate tools and cleaning agents. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health and safety standards to promote a healthy environment. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain operational readiness. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned locations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution. Maintain cleaning equipment by performing routine inspections and proper storage after use. Adhere to health regulations and safety protocols at all times to protect yourself and others from potential hazards. Keep an open mind to the fact this is a start-up company and in the beginning there will be bumps and bruises. As The owner I'll be in the trenches with you, ensuring quality while providing on the job professional training. All of my cleaners are certified professionals accredited through AHCA. Cleaning professionals are not just housekeepers or janitors but skilled cleaning experts.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving objects for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus. A positive attitude and reliable work ethic are essential for success in this role.
