Compensation:

Apartment Turnovers: $25.00/hour if working independently $20.00/hour if working with a partner ($18.00/hour for the partner)

Job Duties

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient cleaner to join our team and perform full apartment turnover cleaning for move-out/move-in readiness.

This role requires speed, precision, and the ability to restore units to a pristine, rent-ready condition -- including deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, walls, and appliances.

Full Apartment Turnover Checklist (Per Unit)
Kitchen & Appliances

Clean and disinfect countertops, sinks, faucets, and backsplash Wipe down and sanitize all cabinet interiors and exteriors Pull out appliances (stove, refrigerator, etc.) and clean inside, outside, behind, and underneath Clean inside and outside of refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher Remove all debris, scrub stove drip pans, and clean oven racks Mop and scrub kitchen floor, including under appliances Bathrooms Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and tiles Scrub grout, remove soap scum and hard water stains Clean mirrors, light fixtures, and exhaust fans Wipe down and sanitize all cabinets, shelves, and towel racks Mop and disinfect floors Living Areas, Bedrooms & Closets Vacuum all carpeted areas (including edges and under furniture) Mop and scrub all hard surface floors Dust and wipe down baseboards, window sills, door frames, and light switches Clean all interior windows, sliding glass doors, and window tracks Clean sliding door tracks thoroughly (remove debris, wipe, and sanitize) Clean interior and exterior of all closet shelves and rods Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners

Final Touch-Ups

Empty all trash and replace liners Spot clean walls, doors, and switch plates Ensure all light bulbs are working and fixtures are clean Final walk-through to confirm unit is move-in ready

Additional Notes

Turnovers are scheduled based on vacancy -- expect 2-10 units per week during busy seasons All cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools provided on-site. Any damage or maintenance issues must be reported immediately to the property manager.

Qualifications

Previous apartment turnover, deep cleaning, or move-out cleaning experience required. Ability to work quickly and thoroughly under time constraints. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering rent-ready results. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a partner. Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, scrubbing, climbing step stools, pulling appliances).
