Rusty's Window Cleaning, part of the

Rusty's Group LLC

family of companies, is seeking a

reliable and motivated Window Cleaning Professional

to join our growing team!

This is

not

a janitorial or maid service position -- we clean

residential and commercial windows up to 3 stories high

using professional, commercial-grade equipment and the latest tools in the industry.

This is a

year-round position

, with opportunities to assist our sister company,

Rusty's Holiday Lights

, during the winter season installing and removing holiday lighting displays.

Compensation

$18-$25 per hour

, based on experience and performance
Overtime and weekend work available during peak seasons

Schedule

Standard Hours:

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Occasional Saturdays

as needed (with notice)

Seasonal flexibility:

Holiday light installation work extends through winter

Responsibilities

Clean

interior and exterior

windows, frames, and screens on residential and commercial properties (1-3 stories) Use commercial-grade tools and water-fed pole systems to achieve spotless results Provide excellent

customer service

on every job -- professionalism, communication, and courtesy are key Assist with daily job prep, route planning, and equipment maintenance Maintain accurate notes and time tracking through our mobile job management system (

) Follow all

safety guidelines

, including ladder safety and fall protection protocols Participate in

holiday light installation and takedown

projects with Rusty's Holiday Lights during the winter season

Requirements

Must

pass a background check

(we enter customer homes and businesses) Must possess a

valid driver's license

and maintain a

clean driving record

Must be

25 years or older

for insurance purposes to operate company vehicles Must be able to

lift 40+ lbs

and climb ladders up to

24+ ft

daily Comfortable working

outdoors

and in various weather conditions Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to

work independently and as part of a team

Must

pass a pre-employment drug screening

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
