Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a dust-free environment. Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops to promote health and safety. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly according to company protocols. Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure availability at all times. Follow safety procedures for the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to the supervisor promptly. Maintain a schedule of regular cleaning tasks while adapting to special requests or urgent needs as they arise. Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health regulations and company standards for cleanliness.

Experience

Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment. Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service.
