Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Household & Airbnb Assistant to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment across our properties. This role includes Airbnb turnover cleaning, light household upkeep, and occasional errands or small odd jobs. The ideal candidate is someone who works independently, takes pride in creating inviting spaces, and communicates well.

Primary Duties

Airbnb Turnovers & Cleaning

Complete full turnover cleanings between guest stays, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and resetting the space Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen areas, surfaces, and high-touch points Strip and remake beds; wash, dry, and fold linens as needed Restock essential supplies (paper goods, soaps, cleaning items) Remove trash, recycling, and manage waste pick-up schedules Ensure the property feels fresh, organized, and guest-ready every time Maintain cleaning equipment and notify owner of any issues, low supplies, or repairs needed

Household Support

Light home cleaning or tidying as requested Run errands such as grocery pick-ups, returns, drop-offs, or store runs Assist with small odd jobs (e.g., watering plants, organizing, simple outdoor tasks, mailbox checks) Help keep both properties running smoothly with a proactive, can-do attitude

Experience & Qualifications

Experience with residential, Airbnb, or hospitality cleaning preferred (training provided) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Comfortable communicating proactively about issues, supplies, or guest-related needs Bonus skills: familiarity with hospitality standards, light household maintenance, or property care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
