Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workers\' Compensation Investigator to conduct AOE/COE investigations in Northern California on a part time basis. The AOE/COE Investigator will conduct workplace investigations to determine whether a person\xe2\x80\x99s alleged injuries arose out of employment or within the course of employment. The Investigator will travel from their home office in their vehicle to various locations such as construction sites, warehouses, offices, fields, or wherever a person performed their work. The Investigator will obtain statements from injured parties and witnesses and take photographs to document the accident scenes. The Investigator will keep the clients and management updated throughout their investigations and prepare comprehensive reports of their findings. This position may require an investigator to travel several hours to reach a location. In return, SIU Consultant Group will reimburse the Investigator for their mileage and travel time.
