```Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Projects include Wind, Solar, Battery Storage, Electrical Substations and Roads.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of civil construction projects
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise during construction
- Review plans to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and techniques
- Proficiency on heavy equipment and GPS.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions
