Somerset Public Health operates with a mission to improve and protect the health and well-being of people in Somerset County. We are a department of Redington-Fairview General Hospital and are uniquely qualified to lead this project due to our experience in outreach and innovative services. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to addressing critical gaps in care for our veterans and building a sustainable model for rural collaboration.
RFGH Operating Room has a Circulating RN position available. The ideal candidate will provide patients with safe perioperative care in an outstanding team-oriented work environment that includes surgeons and anesthesiologists. The circulator will participate in patient care tasks as part of a team to include ensuring safety and sterility in our 3-Operating Room department.
Qualities
: The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking and communication skills and be able to collaborate well with the multidisciplinary team. Patient-centered care is a must!Requirements
: Previous OR experience is preferred but will train the right candidate. Current BLS certification required, ACLS and PALS training provided by RFGH required within one year of hire .Monday through Friday, 6:45-2:15, and share in self-scheduling call rotation.
