We're looking for a

full-time Chiropractic Patient Care & Wellness Coordinator

to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first friendly face our patients see, helping create a warm, professional, top-notch service, and family-focused environment from the moment they walk in.

What You'll Do

Greet patients with a smile and create a welcoming environment Manage check-ins, scheduling, and phone calls Support patients in their care journey with professionalism, organization, and kindness Process payments and maintain accurate records Perform administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently

Pay & Perks

Starting Pay:

$35,000 (based on experience) Paid holidays 4 day work week (M-Th 7:40AM-12PM, 1:40PM-6PM) Accrued PTO (paid time off) Free chiropractic care for you and your immediate family Annual/Quarterly bonus opportunities
