Children's Activities Coordinator:

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced children's coordinator to join our team at Beanstalk HQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children while ensuring their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing age-appropriate activities and programs Supervise and interact with children in a nurturing and supportive manner Maintain a clean and safe play environment Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Collaborate with parents and caregivers to build strong relationships Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing behavioral issues Review facility for cleanliness and correct set-up Support other staff members in cleaning the facility Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of previous experience in childcare or early childhood education Ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willing to be trained and certified to perform CPR and first aid Must meet state requirements for the position, including PA/FBI Clearances and Background Checks

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Ability to reach, bend, and stand for extended periods
