Job Description
APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO CURRENTLY LIVE IN THE ASHEVILLE/IMMEDIATE SURROUNDING ASHEVILLE AREA CHEMIST SPIRITS is a prohibition era, apothecary-inspired distillery, tasting room, and shop. Female-owned and operated, we craft award-winning spirits on old world copper pot stills. Our award-winning spirit portfolio is centered around two core principles: drinkability and versatility. Above all else we aim to educate, inspire, and breathe new life into the craft spirits movement. We are collectively known as "The Spirit of Asheville" Essential Functions & Duties Assist in the bottling and labeling of our craft spirits. Package finished products for shipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bottling area. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Physical Demands
Requires walking/standing for most of the workday. Frequent bending, kneeling and lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing 50 pounds or more. Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Works well independently and cooperatively with others.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate production needs.
- 4 hour shift
