Chef
who's passionate about Italian cooking and enjoys a warm, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes using fresh ingredients
Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency and quality
Oversee food prep, plating, and portion control
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
Collaborate with management on daily specials and seasonal menus
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef (Italian cuisine preferred)
Strong knowledge of Italian recipes, sauces, and cooking techniques
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
Culinary training or equivalent experience a plus
