Responsibilities
Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Manage inventory control and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health department guidelines.
Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs.
Coordinate banquet services and catering events as required.
Monitor food production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Participate in shift management to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Skills
Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
Knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and food service management.
Familiarity with fine dining standards and restaurant operations.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and guests.
