We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Chef De Partie to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served
Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff within your section, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols
Manage inventory levels for your station, including ordering supplies, controlling waste, and maintaining accurate stock records to optimize food costs
Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning, special event catering, and daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction
Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures, sanitation practices, and regulatory compliance across all kitchen operations
Assist in training new team members on cooking techniques, food handling, and service standards to foster a skilled and motivated team environment
Oversee shift management responsibilities such as timing of food preparation, ensuring timely service during busy periods, and maintaining cleanliness in your work area
Experience
Proven experience working in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in a fast-paced environment
Extensive banquet experience with knowledge of catering operations and large-scale food service management
Familiarity with dietary requirements and the ability to adapt menus accordingly
Strong background in inventory control, food safety regulations (including HACCP standards), and kitchen hygiene practices
Experience with menu planning, food handling procedures, and catering logistics
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to serving guests efficiently while maintaining high-quality food presentation
