YourChoice Concierge has been engaged to search for friendly, detail-oriented charitable gaming cashiers in the Louisville, KY area. In this role, you'll handle cash transactions accurately, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a smooth, positive environment for guests.

As a key team member, you'll ensure every transaction is secure, every guest is treated courteously, and all operations meet the highest standards of integrity and accountability.

Winners Circle Charitable Gaming, 2208 Hikes Ln, Louisville, KY 40218

Available Shifts:

6AM - 2PM, 2PM-10PM, 10PM-6AM (will rotate occasionally)

Compensation:

$16-$18/hr

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and process gaming-related transactions efficiently and accurately. Handle cash, credit, and voucher payments in accordance with company policies. Balance and reconcile cash drawers at the start and end of each shift. Maintain accurate transaction records and assist with reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with all charitable gaming laws and internal controls. Support the security guard and management team to maintain a safe, professional atmosphere. Provide helpful, courteous service to all guests and address questions promptly. Follow opening and closing procedures, including securing funds and equipment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a cashier or teller. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and poise Strong math and money-handling skills. Reliable, honest, and attentive to detail. Comfortable working independently during overnight or low-traffic shifts.(Security guards will be present during shifts) Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred). Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
