Job Description
Boulder City Hospital is seeking a
dedicated and experienced Charge RN
to join our Long Term Care (LTC) unit. The Charge Nurse plays a key leadership role, ensuring high-quality care in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. This position also supports the LTC Director with daily operations and special projects.Essential Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, effective resident care. Provide hands-on care and patient assignments as needed. Step into the role of MDS Coordinator when required. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet state and federal LTC standards. Remain calm and effective in high-stress or emergency situations. Perform physical nursing duties including lifting, walking, and prolonged standing.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN)
licensed in NevadaMinimum 3 years of experience as a Charge Nurse
