Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents during evening and night shifts.
Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols.
Document assessments, interventions, and resident status accurately.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized care plans.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and resident-focused environment.
Requirements
----------------
Active RN license (ND or compact).
Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing strongly preferred.
Ability to work a mix of evening and night shifts.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and time-management skills.
