The Role
The
Channel Marketing Manager
will strengthen Bullard's go-to-market impact by empowering our distributors and sales team to win. You'll be the bridge between our product strategy and the field, promoting channel partner programs, leveraging the marketing power of our channel partners, and creating sales tools that amplify Bullard's presence and drive measurable growth. This role translates company goals into channel and sales enablement, identifying priorities, developing tools and content, and ensuring campaigns equip partners and sales teams to drive measurable growth. It's all about content and relationship-building with a gritty, get-it-done marketing mindset.
What You'll Do
Channel Strategy & Programs
Work and act strategically to connect day-to-day sales enablement activities with long-term strategic initiatives.
Partner with Sales and Product Management to design channel partner marketing programs and content that convert and drive partner engagement.
Partner with Brand Marketing to develop and execute product launch campaigns.
Create product detail information and product training content to meet the needs of the sales team and channel partners.
Collaborate with regional sales managers to align partner marketing with territory priorities.
Sales Enablement
Create and maintain field-ready assets--presentations, product sales sheets/brochures, training guides/videos, and technical documents.
Launch toolkits that help partners tell Bullard's product story with confidence and consistency.
Coordinate partner training materials for new product launches and campaigns.
Product-Specific Literature and Marketing Materials
Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Service to keep content accurate and field-ready.
Campaigns & Execution
Plan and deliver partner-facing communications across email, digital, and events.
Lead coordination of partner portal content and empower Content Management Specialist to keep resources updated and easy to access.
Ensure channel partners adopt and activate Bullard campaigns and creative.
Measurement & Optimization
Work with Product Management to monitor partner program performance, content utilization, and ROI on co-marketing initiatives.
Report on KPIs such as partner participation, opportunity influence, and revenue impact.
Continuously refine content, tools, and programs based on feedback and results.

Growth in sales pipeline and revenue.

What You Bring
6-10 years in marketing, with at least 3 years of management experience, including experience in
channel, partner, or field marketing
.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.
Experience analyzing partner performance data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable go-to-market strategies.
Strong background in performance management, including setting clear goals, coaching teams or partners, and holding stakeholders accountable for execution and outcomes.
Proven success connecting high-level brand objectives with tactical channel programs that drive measurable sales impact.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills--able to translate product features into clear, jobsite-tough benefits.
Project management chops--capable of managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines.
Understanding of distributor networks and how to market through indirect sales channels.
Hands-on experience with CRM and digital platforms.
Collaborative mindset--you thrive working across Sales, Product, and external partners.
Nice to Have
Experience in safety, PPE, firefighting, or industrial products.
Product launch execution.
Partner portal tools.
Basic design skills (Adobe/Canva) to adapt collateral quickly.
How We Work
Location:
On-site collaboration in Lexington and Cynthiana with some flexibility for remote work.
Travel:
~10% for partner visits, events, ride-alongs, and content capture.
Team:
You'll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Service.
