Overview

we are looking for an expanded duty dental assistant to join our private owned office.

certified dental assistant

bilingual

Prostho field is preferred

Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 6pm

Duties

prepare treatment rooms by

sterilizing instruments

and

ensuring all necessary supplies are ready for procedures

assist dentists during various treatments including

restorations, extractions, and prosthodontics

take and develop

dental X-rays

while adhering to aseptic techniques and radiation safety standards take

dental impressions, pour models, and prepare lab cases

manage patient flow to ensure smooth and timely appointments

(this is a very busy fast paced private office)

maintain

dental supply inventory ensure all equipment is

properly maintained and serviced

mix and handle dental materials

fabricate and adjust temporary crowns, bridges, and provisional restorations.

assist with implant placements

anticipate the dentist's needs during all procedures for

maximum efficiency

these duties and responsibilities outline the

core expectations

but as a key member of our dental team,

you may take on additional tasks as needed.

Experience

previous experience

working in a prostho office setting is highly preferred

knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy strong understanding of

dental terminology

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
