Perform tree health assessments, including diagnosis of pests, diseases, and structural issues
Develop and implement tree care plans (trimming, fertilization, removal when necessary)
Ensure crews safely perform tree trimming, removals, and climbing using proper techniques and equipment
Ensure compliance with ANSI standards, company safety policies, and local regulations
Assist with crew leadership, training, and daily job planning as needed
Complete basic job documentation (photos, notes, work logs) on paper or mobile apps
Qualifications and Skills
ISA Certified Arborist (required)
