First Choice Tree Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Arborist for a Sales Representative opportunity in Las Vegas, NV.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional tree care services to residential and commercial clients, focusing on tree health, safety, and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate arborist with strong sales skills to contribute to a reputable local company.

Responsibilities:

Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees and provide expert recommendations for tree care services.

This includes identifying tree diseases, pest infestations, structural issues, and overall plant health concerns. Recognizing landscape or grounds maintenance opportunities

Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals for tree care services

, including pruning, removal, planting, and plant health care programs.

Develop and update annual plant health care programs

tailored to client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Actively prospect for new business opportunities

through networking, referrals, and other sales strategies, such as Cold Calling.

Collaborate with internal teams

to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Set up and supervise crew members assigned to customer jobs

, ensuring work is completed according to specifications and safety standards.

Track and manage sales activities and client interactions

, Using our CRM Arborgold.

Meet and exceed sales targets

while maintaining a fast-paced, high-energy approach.

Qualifications:

ISA Certified Arborist Must obtain within 6 months or less.

Green industry-related experience is essential for success.

Valid driver's license for at least 3 years is required.

Strong regional plant and horticulture knowledge

specific to the Las Vegas area.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

, with the ability to educate and build rapport with diverse clients.

Self-motivated, organized, and computer proficient.

Knowledgeable and experienced with tree care practices

Proven B2B sales success

with strong presentation and negotiation skills is a plus.
