Your Role as a Medical Scheduler

EMR system

Make inbound and outbound calls to patients and insurance companies Enter and update patient information accurately Explain FYZICAL services clearly and professionally Provide outstanding

customer service

What You Bring

?? 1+ year of scheduling, patient services, or customer service experience (

healthcare preferred

) ?? Strong verbal and written communication skills ?? Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ?? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ?? Positive, team-first attitude ?? Passion for connecting with patients and helping them access care
