As Central Intake Coordinator you must meet the following qualifications:


Previous experience as a Central Intake Coordinator or similar role Prior knowledge of skilled nursing industry preferred Superior customer service, communication and interpersonal skills Experience in data entry and record keeping Proficient in referral portal systems such as Watershed, Epic, NaviHealth, etc. Proficiency in MS Office and database software Ability to handle HIPPA and other protected patient information with discretion * Minimum associate's degree or equivalent. Higher degree in social work or a related field is a plus
