Job Description

Job Summary

+ Deliver medical and surgical supplies to both inpatient units and outpatient departments, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
+ Monitor PAR (Periodic Automatic Replenishment) levels in department supply rooms via handheld scanner, and initiate restocking when thresholds are reached.
+ Conduct routine inventory audits to verify expiration dates and stocking accuracy, applying firstin, firstout (FIFO) rotation to optimize utilization.
+ Respond to unit-specific stocking requests and deliver supplies promptly, maintaining reliable service to clinical staff.
+ Keep supply areas clean, organized, and free of outdated or damaged products; promptly report any concerns to supervisors.
+ Collaborate with clinical departments, providing excellent customer service and clear communication regarding supply issues or shortages.
+ Assist with stocking and organizing Central Distribution as needed to support overall supply operations.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

+ One year of clerical experience of training preferred
