We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Manager for our Holistic Health Practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for holistic health, ensuring the smooth operation of our center while providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a blend of management expertise, customer service excellence, and an understanding of holistic practices.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for clients and staff. Manage employee orientation, training, and development to foster a knowledgeable and motivated team. Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team. Handle payroll, bookkeeping, and inventory management to maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity. Implement effective marketing strategies while managing pricing, merchandising, and inventory control. Ensure excellent customer service through effective communication skills and team management. Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the center's services within the community.

Requirements

Proven experience in management or assistant manager roles within a retail or health-related environment. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle various situations effectively. Excellent organizational skills with strong time management capabilities. Experience in training & development, ensuring staff are well-equipped to meet client needs. Proficient in administrative tasks including payroll processing and inventory management. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals. Knowledge of holistic health practices is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
