Responsibilities

Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries Maintain knowledge of menu items, including dietary options, to assist customers effectively Ensure compliance with food safety standards during all transactions Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service Assist in menu planning and food preparation as needed Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and responsibly Keep the cashier area clean and organized, adhering to health regulations

Requirements

Previous experience in a cashier or food service role is preferred Dietary department experience or dietary aide experience is a plus Familiarity with menu planning, cooking, meal preparation, and food handling practices Strong knife skills and culinary experience are advantageous Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact with customers effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
