Cashier/customer Service Associate

Job Description
We are looking for a person to ensure excellent banking and cash handing standards, respond efficiently to register shortages and audit inquiries twice a week as well maintain high level for all other customer service operations and online order processing. Responsibilities
- Manage daily deposits
- Cash handling
- Change orders
- Register receipts
- Shortage review
- Customer service support
- Process internet orders
- Make change for registers and supplies for sales floor
- Gift wrap customers merchandise purchased at Dillard\xe2\x80\x99s
- Any other directions given by Officer manager or Management
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Banking/ teller experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Computer operation, packaging and gift wrapping
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of operations and events
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- 2 times a week process daily sales receipts
- High school degree
