Furniture Enterprises is seeking a friendly yet accurate person to greet our customers and ensure a hassle-free pick-up of their furniture and mattress purchases.

Competitive wage starting at $21.00 an hour.

Essential Functions

• Greeting customers that arrive to pick-up their furniture and mattress purchases
• Processing customer orders, taking payment, printing labels
• Review up-coming pick-ups, schedule lift drivers to pull an have orders ready in advance of customers arrival
• Answer phones and answer basic customer inquiries
• Monitor external and internal emails and respond promptly
• Perform other duties assigned, including keeping customer load out area clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organization, scheduling, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Be dependable and punctual
• Complete the Pre-employment drug screening and background check.
