RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle all coming phone calls
Cashier will handle payments from service customers
Transfer calls to the appropriate parties, service advisors, parts department, etc.
Schedule appointments for customers with Special order parts.
Handle customer complaints with integrity and pose. When necessary, refer a dissatisfied customer to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
Answer online chat communications
