The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Carpenter to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of the facility and structure.

Responsibilities

• Perform Journeyman level carpentry work.
• Build shelves, offices, table game tops
• Mud sheet rock
• Replace door hard
• help in any other areas you may be needed
• Must be able to operate a vehicle upon request

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a commercial tradesperson.
• Working knowledge of all supplies and equipment.
• Knowledge of all applicable codes and regulations.
• Fluency in job related terminology.
• Detail oriented, organized and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic math skills.
• Must have a Valid Drivers License

Physical Requirements

• Bending, stooping, walking, standing for extended periods of times.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
