Description:

The candidates will be completing painting, carpentry, electrical, and basic remodeling tasks. The client is completing Make-ready duties to trailer homes/modular offices for companies that rent them out for construction sites or other uses. Candidate will be working independently and need to take ownership of their daily duties. Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays for OT -7AM-3:30PM 6:45am-7:15am Safety meeting, Immediately following everyone will be doing cleanup and preparing for the day ahead. After cleanup at 8am they will move on to the tasks at hand for the day. There are 2, 15min breaks, one in the morning and one in the early afternoon. There is a 30 minute lunch as well. Candidates are EXPECTED to adhere to Willscot\'s STRICT safety policy. Standard business hours: 7:00AM (6:45 safety meeting) - 3:30PM (possible they may have to stay late occasionally due to workload or to complete tasks).

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE: Experience with construction, remodeling, handyman, or make ready maintenance -Experience using basic hand tools (Band saw, nail gun, hammer, tape measure, cordless drill, Pliers) Must be able to lift 50lbs. -Must be able to read tape measures (ideally)
