Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Carpenter Helper/Construction Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled carpenters in various tasks related to building and remodeling projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist carpenters in the installation of doors, windows, and fixtures. Help with remodeling projects by preparing job sites and materials. Participate in construction estimating by measuring and cutting materials as needed. Aid in heavy lifting and transporting materials to and from job sites. Assist with trim carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all work performed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or carpentry is preferred Familiarity with door hanging, masonry, stucco work, concrete forming, remodeling, fixture installation, heavy lifting, and trim carpentry is advantageous. Ability to follow instructions from skilled carpenters and work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
