Job Description
Do you have carpenter helper experience? Do you have the ability to show up every day on time and ready to work hard? If so, we want you to be a part of our dynamic carpenter team! Skillforce Inc. is looking for a professional carpenter helper with the ability to work within a crew of other talented craftsmen. You must be a detail-oriented carpenter able to work with minimal supervision.
Carpenter Helper Requirements:
- Repair work and installation of doors, windows, and fixtures as needed.
- Ability to do trim work
- Ability to hang drywall
- Ability to do metal and wood framing
- Install of floors, roofs, and walls
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
- Ability to design your own layout is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow osha safety regulations
- 3 years of proven experience as a carpenter
- Valid Driver\'s License
- Reliable Transportation
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
- Full-time
- First shift
- Mon-Fri
- Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
- Pay based on experience.
