Responsibilities:



Personal Development: You will receive structured, clear, and ongoing feedback aimed at developing you towards a career in Chick-fil-A. Opportunities to engage in Chick-fil-A's unique field trainer program, Team Member Events and conferences. Financial Analysis: Learning how to understand and impact finances in a multi-million dollar restaurant. Operational Excellence: Delivering unparalleled customer service with a smile, ensuring every guest has a remarkable experience. Food Preparation: Preparing and serving delicious Chick-fil-A menu items with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Event Participation: Representing Chick-fil-A at various venues including the Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and State Farm Arena during special events and game days. Team Collaboration: Lead in both Front of House (guest service, cashier), Back of House (kitchen, food preparation), and administrative positions to ensure smooth operations, contributing positively to a supportive and inclusive work environment. Flexibility: Adapting to varying schedules based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:



Must have a Bachelor's degree Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, supporting teammates and maintaining a strong work ethic. Adaptable: Willingness to learn and grow, with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and schedules. Growth Oriented: Must be willing to receive and apply feedback

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 / hour
