We're seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused Care Team Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support caregivers, manage scheduling, and help grow our client base through lead outreach and follow-up.



Key Responsibilities




Oversee day-to-day office operations and serve as the main point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families. Manage and maintain caregiver schedules, ensuring consistent coverage and exceptional care. Provide oversight, coaching, and support to caregivers -- fostering engagement, accountability, and teamwork. Contact new and existing client leads to schedule assessments, provide information, and nurture ongoing relationships. Assist with onboarding, compliance tracking, and performance documentation for caregivers. Communicate schedule changes and updates promptly to clients and staff. Collaborate with the owner and care team to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction. Support administrative tasks such as payroll preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications




2-3 years of office management, staffing coordination, or scheduling experience -- home care or healthcare experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Comfortable contacting and following up with client leads by phone and email. Proficient in scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented with a passion for helping others.
