domain. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end capture initiatives--from opportunity identification through proposal submission--focused on expanding relationships and contracts with key health agencies, including the
U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
and related HHS components.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
capture lifecycle
, including market research, competitive analysis, client engagement, and win strategy development.
Collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions and pricing strategies that align with customer missions and contract requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
federal health agencies
, program offices, and industry partners.
Develop capture plans and maintain opportunity pipelines in coordination with BD and proposal teams.
Support proposal development, including technical inputs, teaming strategy, and executive reviews.
Track and report capture metrics, competitive positioning, and progress against business goals.
Qualifications:
8+ years
of experience in Federal Business Development or Capture Management.
Proven success capturing and winning contracts within
federal civilian health agencies
(FDA, HHS, NIH, CMS, CDC, etc.).
Strong understanding of
federal acquisition processes (FAR, IDIQ, GWAC, BPA)
and procurement lifecycles.
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills for executive-level interactions.
* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.
